After graduating with honors from Nashville Auto Diesel College in 1979, Dale Young began his career working in shops throughout the Charlotte area before working at Carolina Freight Carriers from 1983-1995 to sharpen his skills in General Repair and Motor Work. Dale decided to become a small business owner, purchased a service truck and tools, and began performing mobile repairs. Within a year the business had expanded! He started with a small repair shop & hired some help. In 2007, Dale purchased a plot of land & built what is now M & M Truck Center. The foundation of M & M Truck Center is Dale's belief that customer satisfaction always comes first!
